Move over orange and black, Halloween is adding teal and blue to its color scheme. Many awesome kids and their families are psyched about this, maybe yours!
Teal and blue-colored pumpkins are appearing on more porches as part of an effort to make Halloween safe for children with food allergies.
If your child has food allergies you want to be on the lookout for houses that have teal-colored pumpkins on display. This means that those houses are handing out non-food items so your child can still get a treat on Halloween.
If your child is non-verbal maybe they are on the autism spectrum your kid should carry a BLUE pumpkin bucket to let people know that your kid won't be saying "trick-or-treat" and host homes will understand it.
