Phil Collins has emerged victorious in his battle with his ex-wife over his Miami Beach mansion.
Collins' ex-wife Orianne Cevey and her new husband -- who, up until this week, had refused to leave Collins' home -- have reportedly packed up their things and moved out. The 46-year-old Cevey's departure marks the end of a months-long court battle, during which she maintained she had a right to live in the house.
At one point during the battle, Collins said he wanted Cevey to vacate by Christmas so he could move back into the home and spend the holidays with his sons. However, now that his ex is out, Collins has changed his tune. He now says he doesn't plan to set foot in the home ever again -- and he's already in talks with a potential buyer.
Meanwhile, Phil's ex is reportedly in talks to join the revival of The Real Housewives of Miami.
