Restaurants in Napa County will be opening up for dine-in service but with certain restrictions. Officials on Tuesday announced Napa County will be moving into an "expanded phase-2" effective immediately. Several restaurants will still have restrictions including wearing a mask, social distancing, no large groups, and some restaurants may only offer outside service.
Non-essential businesses such as retail stores, shopping malls, swap-meets, and schools will also reopen with modifications.
Schools would be reopened on June 1, however, the Napa County Office of Educations says K-12 public school will not be reopening. Wine tasting rooms and wineries will NOT be allowed to open at this time.
Sonoma County says they will be the second county to expand into phase 2 soon.
