The latest legal battle involving members of Journey involves a contract that Neal Schon says he and the band were 'forced' to sign.
Last month, Steve Perry filed to cancel trademarks for 20 Journey songs - including signature hits like "Separate Ways" and "Any Way You Want It" - claiming they violated a contract requiring "unanimous consent of all partners".
Schon fired back on Instagram, claiming Perry forced the band to sign that contract 10 minutes before going on stage in Hawaii.
Journey has seen more than its share of legal squabbles in recent years - including a failed attempt to take over the band by drummer Steve Smith and bassist Ross Valory in 2020 that got both members fired.
