The Happiest City in America is........Concord, California.
According to a study by HouseFresh, Concord has been named the "happiest" and also the "smiliest" in the country. HouseFresh measured the "smiliest" cities by analyzing thousands of selfies taken in the city with the help of facial recognition.
San Francisco came in for both categories at number 15.
