Traffic was brought to a standstill on Tuesday night on the upper deck of the Bay Bridge in San Francisco when someone stopped, got out, and set off illegal fireworks.
It happened around 7:40 pm in the westbound lanes heading into SF. 911 calls about traffic being stopped on the bridge bombarded operators.
