A Utah teenager is being hailed a hero after he saved his friend from choking with the Heimlich maneuver during school lunch. This video was uploaded to YouTube late last year but it is just going viral. It is really important that we all know how to do the Heimlich I also included a video below so that way you know how to do it on yourself or on a friend.
