Duncan Campbell: UB40 Singer In Hospital After Stroke As Band Break Silence On Sad News
British Reggae group UB40 has announced Duncan Campbell is “up and around” after suffering from a stroke. 62-year-old Campbell replaced his brother, Ali, back in 2008 after a disagreement over management.
Ali has been critical about being replaced at one point saying hearing Campbell singing UB40 songs, “makes his skin crawl.” The group members regularly call each other out on social media.
The group announced they will postpone their 2020 tour due to the coronavirus. UB40 plans on touring again in March of 2021.
