Mike Dirnt, the bassist for Green Day, and one of my favorite bassist (check out "Longview") just sold his Oakland home for a ton of cash! And much did he get for it? Check it: $6.625 million!!! He was asking just under $6.8 million when it was listed a months ago, but he still banked $775,000 more than he paid for it in 2016. Let's just say that one of my favorite bassists is living damn good!
