Walmart recently raised the minimum age required to purchase tobacco products, including e-cigarettes, from 18 years old to 21 years old. They will also discontinue sales of all fruit-flavored e-cigarette products. Walmart also said said it plans to conduct 8,000 "secret shopper" checks in 2019 to ensure strict adherence to the new age requirements.
