CBS has ordered pilots for reboots of “Magnum P.I.” and “Cagney & Lacey.” The age of reboots continues! The iconic Hawaii-set series will follow decorated ex-Navy SEAL Thomas Magnum. Magnum repurposes his military skills after coming home from Afghanistan to become a private investigator. The original “Magnum P.I.” aired from 1980-1988.
