Guy Fieri recently shelled out some great vegan cooking tips.
During the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen, he said on stage, "I'm not preaching here, but at home, we don't always eat meat."
He then made a burger using rice, quinoa, mushroom, and other vegetables in a vegan bun.
He added shredded lettuce, onions, tomatoes, pickles, fried onions, and cashew-based cheese sauce.
