The legal battle that nearly split Journey last year has been resolved.
Neal Schon and Jonathan Cain have reportedly reached an 'amicable settlement' with former members Steve Smith and Ross Valory.
Things weren't quite so amicable last year when Smith and Valory were fired from the band after an attempted 'corporate coup d'etat' meant to gain control of the band's name and trademark.
In a press release, Schon and Cain "acknowledge the valuable contributions that both Ross Valory and Steve Smith have made", while Valory and Smith "wish their former bandmates well and much success in the future."
