The Cassville School district in Missouri has announced it will reinstate spanking with a paddle in classrooms this school year as punishment for kids.
The school says parents were notified about the spanking and each family will be asked to opt-in or out. "One or two" swings will be inflicted on younger students and up to three swings on older students.
