Chipotle is launching Pollo Asado as a new limited-time menu item.
It will be sold in the U.S and Canada.
Pollo Asado is made with grilled chicken, garlic, fresh lime, guajillo peppers, and hand-chopped cilantro.
This is the first time since its founding that Chipotle has released another chicken option.
The other chicken option is their Adobo Chicken.
