Pop Icon Belinda Carlisle admitted that she herself,'can't believe that she's not dead after years of using drugs. Belinda made the shocking confession after speaking with Australia’s New Idea magazine. Carlisle spent years addicted to alcohol and cocaine and even hid her addiction from her husband, Morgan Mason, after getting married in 1986. 'You have to hit some sort of rock bottom - mine was a spiritual one. I was telling so many secrets and lies all the time,' said Carlisle. The 62-year-old frontwoman for the Go-Gos says it was a 12-step program that helped her break her addiction. Belinda is scheduled to return to the stage next year for her “Decades” tour.
