Former CNN talk show host Larry King has died following complications with COVID-19. The news was announced on his social media accounts. King died at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, Ora Media, the studio and network he co-founded, tweeted. No cause of death was given, but AP had earlier reported he was hospitalized with COVID-19. Larry King was 87-year-old.
According to AP News Larry received oxygen treatment for COVID-19 just a few weeks ago and had been moved out of Cedars-Sinai Medical Center ICU earlier this month after he was able to breathe on his own.
His family noted in their announcement that funeral arrangements would be announced at a later date. The King family also requested privacy at this time.
