Contra Costa County has amended their county's public health order and is set to allow hair salons and barbers to reopen beginning tomorrow (Wednesday). The county also is set to allow as many as 100 people to attend a funeral or other religious service at an indoor place of worship. The usual safety protocols of masks and social distancing will remain in effect.
Despite the new opening county health officials are still advising residents to stay at home as much as possible and take precautions whenever they head outside, including wearing face coverings and washing their hands.
