Quiet Riot's Frankie Banali was admitted to the emergency room at the Kaiser Permanente Woodland Hills Medical Center in Woodland Hills, California earlier this evening. Frankie has been battling stage IV pancreatic cancer for the past 14 months and shared a snap for fans to his personal Facebook page. Frankie, who can be seen in a hospital bed, captioned the picture: "Just admitted to the Emergency Room at Kaiser... It occurred to me that this is just like Disneyland except the lines are shorter & the rides are painfully slow... and the price of admission... OMG!" He didn't give any additional information as to why he was admitted or exactly how long he will be hospitalized but definitely keep him in your prayers this evening.
Frankie's bandmates have created a Go Fund Me account to help the drummer with his growing medical expenses. CLICK HERE if you would like more information on how to donate.
