BREAKING: Line Of Cars Blocking ALL Bay Bridge Traffic

A line of cars are currently blocking every single lane on the upper westbound span of the Bay Bridge. There are at least 5 police cars on scene and several people are outside of their cars. ABC7 News heard reports of officers stopping cars on the bridge at Yuerba Buena Island. There were initial reports of a sideshow, but people with signs can be seen on the bridge.
