Facebook and Google employees won't be headed back to work anytime soon. The two Bay Area tech giants informed workers that they would be working at home. Working from home is becoming the new normal for people around the country. Facebook plans to reopen a few of its offices on July 6, at the earliest. In addition to the new work policy Facebook has also canceled all in-person events through June of next year. Google employees had previously returned to work on June 1st.
