Walmart has launched a new 2-hour delivery service. The new service promises to deliver items to customers in less two hours or less. The new Express Delivery will cost users $10 in addition to the regular charge for delivery of $7.95 to $9.95. Members of Walmart's Delivery Unlimited service will only be charged the flat $10 rate. Currently the express delivery applies to groceries, toys and electronics.
