Legendary San Francisco Venue 'Slims' Closing
San Francisco’s longest-running rock club announced that is closing down. The owner Boz Scaggs said, “Maybe we could have changed things and kept it going, but that’s not our business and never has been. Slim’s did what it was here to do.” Slim's has been an S.F. staple for over 30 years. He also announced that the plan was in place before the coronavirus pandemic. Several big time performers made their professional debuts at the club including, Bruno Mars, No Doubt and more.
